WorldMate Live Gold Subscription is a full-featured program for
your BlackBerry. It's perfect for anyone who travels and it provides a wealth of information. This is one product you need to try for yourself, but I'll try to hit some of the high points.
One of the neatest features of WorldMate Live Gold is the ability to
get flight information in real time. You can find out if your flight is on time,
if your connecting flight is late, what gate you're arriving at, and more. If you miss a connection, you can look and find what is the next available flight to your destination, what gate it's leaving from, and at what time. Really handy information when you're in a time crunch.
Speaking of time, there's also a Clocks section where that will show you the time
in five different time zones and also takes Daylight Savings Time into account.
WorldMate Live Gold Subscription also has some neat extras that you
might not think about otherwise. For example, a currency converter that
lets you check up to three (3) currencies at one time. What's really slick about this is that because it's on your BlackBerry the rates can be constantly updated so you aren't dealing with old information. You can monitor Weather, keep track of multiple itineraries, check flight schedules, and much more. WorldMate Live Gold Subscription is truly a powerful tool for
anyone who travels. For the frequent traveler it's a must have program. There is a free edition, but trust me, if you travel you'll want to get the Gold variety. I was testing it out during one trip and found it so valuable that I bought the subscription. So, if you travel check it out. To me this is more than just a Pick, it's also one of my Dr. File Finder Favorites
and those are few and far between. So try it, you won't be disappointed. Well done!
If you have software you use on your "smartphone" or PDA, come and talk about it with us in the Forums. We look forward to seeing you there.
