Login Problems
Please note: We have (finally) changed the domain name from "mywebattack.com" to "snapfilespro.com". This will cause your login cookie to fail, since the username is only given to the "mywebattack.com" domain. To fix this, simply update your bookmarks and go to www.snapfilespro.com and login again - this will create a new cookie, this time for the snapfilespro.com domain, and you will be all set.
Before continuing with troubleshooting, please make sure that you actually are a subscriber of the SnapFiles Pro site/service.
It is a common misconception that our newsletter subscribers (FileWeek) assume that the email that they receive the newsletter at is also a username for the site. This is NOT the case! The SnapFiles Pro subscription is completely separate from the public WebAttack.com site or our free newsletter.
It requires a yearly subscription fee of $19.95. The subscription is not needed to access the public site or to download from our newsletter - it is a service that offers a large amount of additional benefits, but it is completely optional.
The most common causes for login trouble:
- You forgot your password
- Cookies are not enabled or restricted (see below)
- The username is not entered as an email address
- You forgot the password and your email address has changed, so you can't receive it when sent to you
- You forgot everything, not sure what email you have used nor what password
- Cookie is corrupted
