SimplyFile for Microsoft Outlook enables you to quickly file email messages into designated folders without the need to set up any rules. After a short training period, the program will try to guess the folder that you want to file the current message in and make it available for one-click filing from the Outlook toolbar. SimplyFile does not file any messages automatically, it only suggests the folder and allows you to move the message with a single click, providing an alternative to drag&drop filing. The program also adds two convenient buttons to the toolbar that allow you to create a task or schedule entry from any messages with a single click.
Pros: Learns from your filing habits; adds convenient one-click task and scheduling
Cons: Not much faster than simple drag&drop; no automatic filing; no rules to enforce certain filing habits; expensive.
