AX is a handy tool for people that need to make frequent use of foreign language characters. Once installed, you can simply press the F8 key on your keyboard and the last character you typed will be changed to a special character. The program cycles through all available options for that character and changes to the next one with each additional F8 press. AX offers support for eleven European languages and symbols. The program runs in the system tray and can be started or suspended as needed.
