Outstanding program
I've tried at least five other programs in an effort to password protect web pages. None worked as advertised, all required some user interface with "cut and paste" and some could be easily circumvented. This program has an easy to follow wizard that does everything for you. It automatically creates a log in page and there is no cut and paste involved. Allows you to protect one page, more than one page or the entire site. Once a page is protected, you have to unlock it in order to edit the page, but that's easy also...you just have to be aware of that fact. I did have a question and the company was quick to respond. I'd rate the support via email as excellent compared to most companies. I tried the free download, worked with it for about 10 minutes, found it met all my needs and purchased the product. I'm not a programmer, but I was able to circumvent other similar programs, but not this one. I most highly recommend this product.

Easy, simple but powerful
An excellent utility, simple, easy to use, but powerful. It does what it says. Their service is also exceptional. Highly recommended.

Easy to use, Highly recommend it
I have tried to use .htaccess file to protect my web page, which spent two weeks, got nothing but headache, until I found this program. It features a step by step interface, just select a html file from local computer in step 1, define username and pssword in step 2, click "lock" button at last step, the web page will be password protected. very easy to use, saved my life, highly recommend it.

Fairly easy to use
Html password lock is fairly easy to use. I really enjoyed using it. There are a few downsides to it though. 1. You can only use it for a trial of 30 days before having to pay $49.99 for it. 2. When you lock a page, it is hard to know where to edit your Html code so when you have entered your password you can view the content. Because when I do it it shows the stuff on the page, you enter your password then you get a blank screen? Overall it is pretty good though. Id give it 4 Stars out of 5.
