Quick `n Easy FTP Server Lite is a standalone, multi-threaded FTP server that offers advanced features and security. The interface is simple and intuitive, with organized sections for managing users, configuration and security settings. It supports all basic FTP commands as well as virtual directories, IP blocking, server statistics and remote administration. The server can be easily set up by inexperienced users, but also offers advanced administration options. Amazingly small, at less than 400kb.
