AVS Video Editor is a full-featured, yet easy-to-use video editor that enables you to edit and enhance your videos and convert them to a variety of formats. You can import existing video clips or capture them directly from your DV recorder or other input device, and automatically split the video into scenes that allow you to cut parts from the movie or re-arrange the content. You can add additional audio, transition effects, insert images, text overlays, and even video overlays to add special effects or annotations. AVS Video Editor can also apply color corrections, white balance adjustments and various other video effects to the duration of the movie or individual scenes. Once you have completed your project you can export and convert the movie to different formats including AVI, MPEG (DVD), iPod, WMV and also burn it to DVD or VCD/SVCD with the included burning software. Other features include DVD menu creation. The program is easy to use and offer more than one would expect at this price.
