NK2View enables you to view the list of Outlook auto-complete entries that are stored each time you type an email address into the `To` field. You can view the list of entries and optionally export them to HTML, Text or XML format. The program reads the .NTK file that is used by Outlook to store these entries.

Speak-A-Message Free Home Edition enables you to send voice emails, using your default email client. The program provides a simple recording interface and automatically attaches the WMA compressed recording to an outgoing message. If you are using Outlook, Speak-A-Message will integrate directly with your email toolbar.

Winmail Opener is a small and simple utility that allows you to view and extract the content of TNEF-encoded files. These files usually come in the form of winmail.dat attachments, which contain messages that were usually sent via Outlook, using RTF formatting. If your email program cannot read these formatting instructions, it will convert the message into an attachment - the winmail.dat file. Winmail Opener can decode and display the RTF message text along with embedded attachments. Other features include drag-and-drop support and a command line mode for batch decoding.

JDVoiceMail is an easy to use application that lets you record and send voice mail messages, using your default email program (Outlook, Outlook Express etc.). It creates compressed .wav files using DSP True Speech, GSM 6.10 or LAME codecs, and can achieve file sizes of about 30kb (using a 30 second message as an example). The receiver does not need to install any software and can listen to the message with Windows Media Player or any other audio player. The interface is straightforward and easy to use with standard playback controls. The audio message can be automatically attached to a new email message or saved to disk. Other features include a customizable subject line and body text, a photo address book, as well a codec selection and recording controls.

OE Reader is a viewer for Microsoft Outlook Express 5/6 message database files(.dbx). Just browse for the .dbx file, open it and the program will display a list of all contained messages and their header. You can choose to view the messages in text or HTML view, sort them and also save them as standard .eml files. Additional features include support for attachments and printing.

Karen`s E-mailer II is a commandline emailer with a Windows interface. It allows you to define several "canned" e-mail messages. Later, you can send any of those messages from a shortcut on your desktop, a batch file, or the DOS command line. It also allows you to add e-mail notification to any script or macro you`ve written. Karen`s Emailer II works with SMTP and MAPI and supports multiple recipients as well as CC, BCC.

Voice E-Mail Pilot allows you to create voice e-mails by recording your spoken text and attaching it as compressed .WAV file to your email message, using Outlook or Outlook Express. Using the compression option, you can attach 5 minutes of voice message, at a size of about 300kb. The program is easy to use, you can save your recording and then select which one to email. Additional features include optional voice-operated recording, hotkey support and more.

Vallen POP3 Mail Checker is a simple email checker that enables you to preview and delete messages in your POP account, without having to download them into your email program. You can use it with multiple accounts. The program is portable and does not require an installation, so it can be carried on a USB stick to check your email while on the road.

QuickSend is a simple and handy tool that allows you to select a short text sample from any web page and right-click to send it by email. The text will be automatically inserted into the message, together with a link to the web page and the page title as the subject. QuickSend uses your default email client (Outlook/ Outlook Express etc.). The selected text has to be less than 300 characters.

Tweaker for Outlook Express allows you to apply a variety of tweaks to Outlook Express that let you customize the appearance and improve usability. You can disabled the splash screen, set a default path for attachments, change the address book location, customize the window title and animated icon, disable Hotmail, change the reply indent character and more. The tweaks are easily applied and can be undone just as easily by using the option to restore the default settings.

DefaultMail allows you to set a per-user default email client that is used whenever the user clicks on a mailto link or otherwise initiates an email (MAPI) feature. Unlike the standard XP configuration, this tool allows each user to set their own default mail client without affecting the other user profiles. It automatically detects installed email clients and allows you to simply select which one to use.

Gmail Drive enables you to use your Gmail account as a virtual storage drive that is accessible from Windows Explorer. Mobile TCP enables you to automatically forward SMTP connections to the correct SMTP server, based on the network you are currently connected with. The program is designed for people that travel or frequently switch between network configuration, and have to update their SMTP server settings each time. Mobile TCP allows you to set up multiple configurations and it automatically uses the proper SMTP server - while your email program remains configure to use localhost. It can check the internal (LAN) or external (WAN) IP address, and optionally check POP3 accounts as well.

Attachment Enabler for Outlook is a simple tool, that enables you to modify the Outlook attachment security settings, and add or remove items to the list of protected file extensions.

Popp is a small and simple utility, that allows you to preview messages in one or more POP accounts. You can optionally delete selected messages right on the server.

WabMail is a small and simple tool, that makes it easy to quickly retrieve a plain list of email addresses that are contained in your Windows Address Book (.WAB) file. The WAB allows you to export the content to a comma delimited file, however this may too much for your needs, if you just want a simple list of the email addresses and nothing else. WabMail will automatically detect your default address book, open it, and present you with a simple list, one email address per line, that you can copy. Useful for creating a white list for your anti-spam program, a mailing list or similar purposes.

Minimail has just one simple purpose - sending email. It is small, fast, free and incredibly simple to use. Very useful to quickly send an email without having to load a full email client like Outlook for example. It comes with features like basic validation on email address before sending, resizable interface, SMTP authentication, signature support, recently used email addresses and more. Very simple to use.

AutoMailer automatically dispatches files as email-attachments. The files you wish to be mailed must be stored in a user-defined, so called "autoprocessing directory". AutoMailer periodically polls this directory for changes and if a new or modified file is found, it will be e-mailed. Use AutoMailer to send your logfiles, faxes or what ever you want.

Quick Delete is a tool to delete email messages from your POP3 mail account, without having to download them first. The program allows you to read selected emails and even reply to them right from the server. Quick Delete can also restore messages that were deleted during the current session. Supports multiple accounts, easy to use, nice interface.

Spell Checker for Outlook Express, adds the ability to use spell checking in Outlook Express without the need to install other MS products such as Word, or MS Office.

Stripmail is a small utility for cleaning characters like > from the beginning of lines of e-mail messages. it also reformats text separated by blank lines into paragraphs. Just copy/paste the original text into stripmail, clean it and copy/paste back into your message.

emailStripper is a free program for cleaning the ">" and other formatting characters out of your emails. It will restore "forwarded" or "replied" emails back to their original state so they`re easier to read. Just paste the entire email into the eMailStripper window and press the Strip-It button.

MailBOX Exterminator is a small tool that you can use to delete all the mail in your POP account. This program will not filter, but delete ALL mails that it finds. It is useful to clean up and account that you haven`t used in a while and is filled up with spam or similar.
