Roleplay.org was created to provide an updated definition of the roleplaying genre and roleplaying games in general. In this definition we will discuss:
The content for roleplay.org has been provided by different writers, each bringing their own perspective the roleplaying game genre. On factual pieces and definitions, we have done our best to edit out any author biases, but for the most part we have posted submissions without any modifications. We further welcome submissions from roleplayers and anti-roleplayers alike.
As roleplaying itself is dynamic, this site will continue to evolve as we receive and new concepts and definitions are released. What we hope to build here is a solid base upon which the site can continue to grow and evolve.
If you have any comments, criticisms, or suggestions we'd love to hear from you.
