A cyst between someone's nose and mouth... the pus is disgusting but there's a fair amount of it and it gushes out.

After a lip piercing went wrong, this surgical procedure was necessary to remove the cyst from the inside of the lower lip.

Scalpel says: "It was on the buttock. And it was more of a "moderate" excision technique. I tried to make a small incision and squeeze it out, but I ended up extending the incision a bit (maybe 2cm total) and using a sharp dissection technique with scissors around the edges to free it up. Then with a little squeezing it came out like an alien."
