Ok so before I get all the emails whining that there was no zit popping heres the deal.
This is a real cool song that Stage Presents made and right at the 1minute mark pop that zit gets a nice plug. Check it out, its pretty funny and brings up a lot of things that I remember from growing up! Thanks guys! More like a pop that zit.com guy!!! hahahah

OK ok there is no pus explosion here, but.... This video has great instruction on how to perform a perfect pop! We all know how many times we have seen a pop go wrong here so I figured why not throw an instructional video up. I dunno it made me want to go out and find an excuse to use a lancet! Thanks to William from http://www.wonderhowto.com for sending me this video. Hope people learn from it and come back with some nice zit popping videos!

From the description, it started out as a pimple and then from the youtube comments, it seems a screwfly landed on it, laid eggs and the maggots hatched and started going at the healthy tissue.
The poster mentions that the hospital scraped it out and then treated the wound.

This guy said his doctor said this cyst on his hip would go away on it's own. When it didn't, he took matters into his own hands. He says it would have been easier if someone else had held his phone! I wish so, too! Maybe we would have seen the entire removal then!
