Version: Landlord Report 2008
Pros: Software very helpful with my Tenants & Properties. Very easy to use and print Tenant Statements. Prints Financial Reports, my CPA can use. Highly recommend this software.
Cons: Nothing bad to report - I love it.

Pros: wonderful to have all information for your rentals in one central location & so organized!
Great place to store everything for tenants, properties, bills, & reminders
this is definitely a time saver & easy to use with great Support!!Cons: there is nothing I dislike
