IP Changer allows you to change the IP Address SubNet Mask Gateway DNS Server DHCP Status of your LAN Interface. You can save a set of settings for future usage or if you are frequently changing sites using your Laptop and do not want to remember for each site the exact IP configuration.
Version 0.2 lets you choose to apply IP Sets to more than one network interfaces.

Cons: Just rubbish. Does not work.

Pros: Perfect! Just what I was looking for. A small simple app to switch IPs quickly. There are some minor bugs with the user interface, but nothing you cant figure out in 2 minutes.
Its lightweight, portable, no-nonsense, and free :)Cons: Minor bugs with the user interface.
Summary: If it weren't for the quirks I'd give it 5 stars.
You first need to delete the default connection, then define your LAN connection. Noobs may find this tricky.
