Version: InstantConference Outlook Add-In 1.0.1.5
"Incredibly easy to organize conference calls"
Pros: Works great and is seamlessly integrated into Outlook. I have plenty of cell phone minutes available so it didn't cost us a penny to have a conference call with 5 of my family members. I like the way it lets you choose either an 800 nbr or a long distance nbr.

Version: InstantConference Outlook Add-In 1.0.1.5
Pros: This little add-in does exactly what it says, integrates conference call scheduling within Outlook. The installation is very straightforward and easy to use. I couldn't find a more convenient way to set up my conference call meetings, and highly recommend it to every Outlook user.

Version: InstantConference Outlook Add-In 1.0.1.5
Pros: The download was quick and I like the easily accessable icons now on my Outlook tool bar. I have trouble remembering my conference dial in numbers and access code, so having it automatically put in the email was slick!
Cons: Can't think of anything...

"Great upgrade, but needs work"
Pros: I have been a long time user of Free Conference and LOVE their service. The Outlook add on looked good and works okay, but still needs some work.
It is nice to be able to schedule conferences directly out of Outlook. It is as easy as sending an email to anyone in your contacts list.
Cons: I hope I didn't trade being able to schedule conferences in Outlook for all the other great features that used to be available.
It seems that they have all but disabled web scheduling and that is too bad. With the Outlook scheduling, I am not able to access the website with my Free Conference Outlook info. This means I am unable to view upcoming conferences or make adjustments.
And the email that is created does not have full functionality. For example, attachments need to be sent separately and no charts can be inserted into the email.
Another example of a downgrade ?. I used to be able to set different passwords for different calls. With the new upgrade, I was on a confidential call with 5 others and 5 more people were able to log on to the call using the password from previous calls. I only noticed this when someone spoke up. This is not good for privacy or confidentiality issues. And since the Outlook add on, I have the service interrupting my calls as though I had pushed buttons on the phone to activate other features. This happens on almost every call and I hope it gets fixed soon.
It may sound like I am whining. I don?t intend that. I just loved the service before it was ?improved?.
