Version: SyncMyCal 1.5
"Outstanding ... Best of the 3 Products I Tried"
Pros: Installs easily. Intuitive to use. Was able to do something a bit tricky that I could accomplish with nothing else. I wanted Google to have separate personal (private) and business (shared) calendars that were merged into a single, unified view in Outlook. With SyncMyCal, I was able to create two independent sync agents, one that dealt with all "business" category and one that excluded all "business" category, and sync them between independent Google calendars. So far it works great. It would be better if I did this review after many days, but if I don't do it now (after 1 day) I'll never do it.
I tried CampanionLink, which worked great but lacked the flexibility of SyncMyCal. I like that SyncMyCal is an Outlook plugin rather than a separate application. I tried GroupCalendar by OpusFlow and that was a nightmare, almost destroying my calendar because it did not play nice with Plaxo.
Cons: So far no complaints. So far it plays nice with Plaxo.

"Great product and simple to install and use"
Pros: If you use both Outlook and Google calendars, this is a must-have. Makes the sync process painless.

Pros: Works fast. Useful if Google Calendar is your main/control calendar and you're updating an Outlook 2002 calendar.
Cons: Outlook 2002 crashed on every exit after installing SyncMyCalc. Although not SyncMyCal's fault, Google doesn't support TENTATIVE or OUT OF OFFICE only BUSY or AVAILABLE.
Summary: Useful for simple calendaring. read more
