- "Give your OS some personal care"
This isn't the most feature-packed Windows-optimization utility, nor the most effective, but we found it one of the easiest to control. Advanced WindowsCare's simple interface offers two main options: Repair and Repair And Optimize. The former fixes Registry entries and cleans out your operating system. The latter does the same thing and tweaks Windows for maximum performance.
If you run into trouble, the Restoration option can return your system to its original configuration. The Advanced menu provides fine control over repairs and optimizations. On the downside, we noticed only one improvement on our test PC: a reduced amount of used RAM. Also, the program's brief descriptions of system problems may not satisfy seasoned users. And although the latest version of the app includes a help file, we wouldn't call it extensive.
Nevertheless, if your system is running sluggishly and you're considering reinstalling Windows, it wouldn't hurt to try this freeware package first.

"works well with some testing for best results"
Pros: does a decent job ,,,.simple to use .. have been using previous for years ..will give new version fair shot ... the smart ram is very very good at cleaning up ram ... best feature
Cons: none really as i have been using a short timre now .. has been doing a good job ..
Summary: come on whiners its free !!!

"This program gave Windows a speed boost. Good!"
Pros: This program was very easy to use and it felt like my Windows system got a boost afterwards.
Cons: To be honest: I have nothing negative to say about this program, so far.

good for newbies/non-techies/just-do-it-I-dont-wanna-know types
more utilitiesCons: front page feels like your playing with a fisher-toy - big buttons /'press here'/ large arrow like an advert on a website - the space could be better used
a bit tricky to find/remember whats where.Summary: If they'd kept on updating V2 I'd say stick with it, as it is a nicer device to use - if your used to this sort of thing. ASC V3 will get better I'm sure however, its slipped from my Number 1 cleaner of choice for the moment.

Pros: It finds quite a few errors and it really does optimize your computer. And with all IObit products it has never done any damage. And of course it's free !!
Cons: I prefer the V2 set up as V3 seems a bit messy (as Troibrothers mentioned) and you have to hunt for the different options.
Summary: As i mentioned in the past, i have been using IObit software for a long while and i have never had any problems with their software. Also mentioned above, IObit on my computer has never done any damage. For free software it's quite good and is one o... read more >>
