Diet Roundup: Sugar free, raw & on TV

'Biggest Loser' star Jillian Michaels now has a new way to fill in the time between seasons on the ranch. NBC just signed for a second show featuring the trainer. 'Losing it with Jillian' will send Michaels all over the country in search of families who need a diet and fitness makeover. It's set to premier in June.

One celeb has recently found weight loss success by following the raw diet. Amanda Seyfried, star of HBO's 'Big Love,' calls the diet 'intense' but credits it (and some serious exercise) with helping keep her thin. The raw food diet advocates eating primarily uncooked, unprocessed high-nutrient foods as a means to healthy weight loss.
