Protonic.com provides absolutely free technical support via a community of over 150 volunteers. All answers, they claim, are of the highest quality, and they say they have a track record of answering 97.5% of all questions very quickly. I can recommend the service.

Another American site offering to answer technical questions at no charge is 5 Star Support. It's a site that's provides quick answers.
