To help an old person shop, get to the doctor, have someone to talk to, call 211 (Information and Referral) or go to volunteermatch.org.

To find out more about available services or get a needs assessment for yourself or a parent, call your local area agency on aging.

One of the best references for people along the Wasatch Front is the Seniors Blue Book, a free resource guide distributed through Smith's pharmacies.
